Why shop at Apache Seeds?Apache Seeds Ltd. is a locally-owned and family operated small business in the heart of Edmonton. We provide a wide selection and seed availability year-round, including seasonal products. In fact, carrying hard-to-find and native varieties is our specialty. We offer the charm of a local business with the selection of a larger store. See the "About Us" tab for our story.

How do I know a product is in stock?We carry a wide selection of products to bring you all of the tools you would need to build a flourishing garden. Because product availability can vary, please call our store at (780) 489-4245 to see if a product is in stock. We can put items on hold if necessary, potentially order new stock, or put your information down in our 'Call Back' list once a product becomes available. Please note that calls are only answered during business hours.

My plants are having issues. What do I do?If you are struggling to keep your plants alive and thriving, you're not alone! Some plants can be especially finnicky. Additionally, pests can complicate care for your plant. If you are experiencing issues and are seeking advice, please email us at gardening@apacheseeds.ca with a picture and description of your plants or pests. If you plan on coming in to store, please clip a leaf or portion of your plant that seems to be afflicted for better advice. Note that in-store troubleshooting may or may not be available depending on the availability of staff.

I have pets. What houseplants are safe?Many tropical plants can be irritating or toxic to your pets. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, check out the ASPCA's list of toxic and non-toxic plants before buying.

Soil can be heavy. Can you help me out?Absolutely! If shopping in store, we are happy to aid you in loading soil, pots, fertilizer, or whatever it may be into your car.

Do you deliver?We offer delivery for larger items in the Edmonton area for a small fee. Please contact us for an estimate. For seeds or other smaller items that can be shipped via courier/post, we are able to send beyond Edmonton area.
